Senior Transfer Agency Officer (Investment Operations)

What you will do

• Support the daily running of transfer agency operations across dealing, registration, cash, corporate actions, and client servicing.
• Deliver accurate client services, reporting, and operational activities in line with service standards, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and operational teams to resolve queries and support business requirements.
• Provide peer reviews, mentoring, escalation support, and guidance on complex operational matters.
• Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing, quality control, and technology implementation.
• Identify and investigate errors, monitor operational risk and controls, and contribute to audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transfer agency, investment operations, fund administration, or financial services operations.
• Understanding of transfer agency processes, including investor servicing, registrations, cash processing, dealing, or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment and build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with risk management, controls, regulatory requirements, process improvement, or system enhancements is beneficial.
