Transfer Agency Senior Representative

What you will do

• Input, validate, assign, monitor, and reconcile transfer agency investor transactions.
• Handle transactions requiring special processing and follow them through to completion.
• Prepare and monitor internal and external operational reports.
• Review and update checklists and procedures with supervisors or managers to improve service standards and controls.
• Escalate issues and errors promptly while adhering to risk controls, client policies, and firmwide procedures.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries and collaborate with local and global teams on projects and service delivery.

Requirements

• BA/MS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in transfer agency or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Willingness to provide rotational work coverage during Hong Kong bank holidays when needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or prior experience with Multifonds TA.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
