Global Supply Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define and own category strategies for critical components and assemblies for Memo, Sunday's first product.
• Lead RFx processes and negotiate pricing, tooling/NRE, and contractual terms.
• Assess and mitigate capacity, geopolitical, logistics, supplier technology, and commercial risks.
• Partner with Hardware and Electrical Engineering on component, module, and assembly decisions during early design phases.
• Align with Supply Chain in Asia on pricing, capacity allocation, and technical issues.
• Build processes, templates, and reports for the US supply chain function while achieving cost targets through should-cost modeling and market analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in high-volume consumer electronics.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and NPI teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, often on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with US-based IC distributors such as Avnet, Arrow, Digi-Key, or Mouser, or with direct semiconductor vendors.
• Technical fluency in semiconductor categories such as MCUs, PMICs, cameras, motor controllers, IMUs, or connectivity ICs.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance, including ITAR, export controls, and dual-use electronics.
• Mandarin proficiency.
