Senior Associate, Nexus, Client Delivery

hirify.global provides asset servicing solutions for the global investment management industry, including fund administration, custody, foreign exchange, trustee services, and securities lending.

What you will do

• Provide fund accounting services, including NAV preparation, accrual booking, asset valuation, and cash and portfolio reconciliations.
• Prepare capital call, distribution, investor allocation, and fee calculations in line with fund documents.
• Prepare NAV packages and other deliverables defined in service level agreements.
• Support audited financial statements, audit requests, and applicable regulatory services.
• Handle ad hoc requests and projects while coordinating with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field; an accounting qualification is an asset.
• At least 4 years of progressive accounting, audit, or fund administration experience in real estate or property accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge, especially in consolidated profit and loss and balance sheet accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yardi or other accounting software.
• Qualified accountant or other relevant professional qualification.
