What you will do

• Support accounting and reporting for debt-related transactions, including borrowings, repayments, and interest accruals.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for equity-related activities and capital structure changes.
• Ensure all accounting outcomes are recorded accurately in accordance with US GAAP and company policy.
• Execute and maintain strong internal controls, supporting SOX compliance and audit requests.
• Collaborate with Corporate Treasury, Tax, Legal, and shared service teams to resolve process gaps and reporting issues.
• Identify opportunities to modernize treasury accounting processes using AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Master's degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a global organization.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, including IFRS and US GAAP.
• Expertise in financial systems such as SAP S4, SQL, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and cost accounting policies.
• Certification in accounting (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
