What you will do
- Act as a point of contact for clients and investors, supporting overall satisfaction and service delivery.
- Review and process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, assignments, and contact changes.
- Process cash movements, wire transfer instructions, and reconciliations.
- Act as an escalation point, resolve service issues, and implement action plans.
- Support internal technology and operational initiatives and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
- Support year-end audits and coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
- At least one year of experience in financial services.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hedge funds or private equity.
- Knowledge of FATCA and tax compliance.
- Experience coaching or training junior staff.
