Systems Administrator (New York)

Annual base salary: $100,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Support and administer Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and communications infrastructure.
• Provide user support across phone, desk-side, trade floor, and remote environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and administer infrastructure-level systems.
• Support storage, clustered computing, and other enterprise technology solutions.
• Implement automation and efficiency improvements across technology processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across varied backgrounds, experiences, and projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with general systems administration, including hardware and software administration.
• Strong research, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in improving processes and technology and solving unfamiliar technical problems.
