Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 11401 Harmon Rd, Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Monday to Friday day shift, with rotating shifts and non-traditional hours as needed.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of more than 30 warehouse associates and fulfillment leads.
• Review forecasts, plan productivity requirements, and partner with other Area Managers to balance labor across shifts.
• Own operational reporting for VCPO, UPH, OPH, receiving and shipping performance, merchant SLAs, and injury rates.
• Train associates on procedures and metrics, assign work, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
• Resolve escalated issues, mitigate operational risk, and implement process improvements.
• Support safety programs, OSHA compliance, quality procedures, hygiene standards, and contamination control.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management and operational leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• Experience managing performance, delivering feedback, training employees, and developing leadership talent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, and TMS systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and KPI management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth and support rotating shifts or non-traditional hours when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull during an 8–10-hour shift.
