Supervisor, Logistics (Data Center Operations) - 2nd Shift (AI)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee or Southaven, Mississippi, United States. Onsite second-shift role, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with weekend availability required and travel to other sites of up to 25%.

What you will do

• Supervise and develop an hourly logistics workforce, including performance management, feedback, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and timekeeping approval.
• Manage the receipt, storage, issuing, cycle counting, shelf-life rotation, FIFO compliance, and environmental controls for parts, hardware, and other materials.
• Lead local shipping and receiving operations and coordinate material movements into and out of the facility.
• Develop service routes and material replenishment processes for internal customers.
• Monitor safety, customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational performance while pursuing a zero-OSHA-recordable goal.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, optimization projects, and operational changes across logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing, or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience without a degree.
• Availability for the scheduled second shift, Monday through Friday, with weekend work when necessary.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as required, up to 25%.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independent working ability, and performance in fast-paced, cross-functional, high-stress environments.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with ERP or inventory management software and experience with MRP systems.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in materials management.
• Experience with WarpDrive, Lean/Six Sigma, APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, and Green or Black Belt certification.
• Forklift operation experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing.
