Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Location: Remote, must be licensed in Hawaii and reside in the state; providers may also host office-based or hybrid practices.

Pay: Up to $248 per hour, depending on session type.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care with personalized treatment approaches.
• Prescribe and make independent treatment decisions within clinical scope.
• Build and grow a sustainable psychiatric practice and caseload.
• Conduct sessions through office-based care, telemedicine, or a hybrid model.
• Participate in weekly clinical office hours and peer consultations.
• Use secure telehealth platforms and clinically backed AI tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii.
• Must reside in Hawaii.
• At least two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
• Commitment to at least two days per week dedicated to practice growth.
• Ability to treat the practice as a primary professional priority rather than occasional supplemental work.
