PRN Response Services Coordinator (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote; open to candidates in most US states. Candidates based in Hawaii, Oregon, New Mexico, or North Dakota cannot be employed due to state registration and compliance requirements.

What you will do

• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and text to patients needing mental health support.
• Use empathy, active listening, Columbia Suicide screening, and safety planning to assess risk and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain referral resources, assign relevant digital health content, and coordinate follow-up with customers and teletherapy partners.
• Document patient communications and services in real time using the hirify.global platform.
• Coordinate with hirify.global staff, customers, and emergency services to maintain patient safety.
• Track outcomes and support response-services quality improvement and program accreditation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Independent state licensure such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent; associate licensure is accepted.
• At least 2 years of related clinical experience.
• Ability to build rapport virtually with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, and technological skills, including simultaneous use of multiple applications and real-time documentation.
• Availability for at least 4 shifts per month, including weekend and holiday shifts scheduled from 9am–2:30pm EST or 2:30pm–8pm EST; weekday coverage may also be needed.

Nice to have

• Experience working on Mac or willingness to learn it as the primary operating system.
• Comfort with AI tools and curiosity about applying emerging technology to clinical work.
