Learning & Development Advisor II (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of digital learning programmes, e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and advanced training materials.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and create competency matrices and role-based training plans with department managers.
• Collaborate with internal departments, educators, industry experts, external partners, and P&C stakeholders.
• Develop evaluation tools, analyse participant feedback and training metrics, and report outcomes with strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to career development frameworks and pathways, and train managers on learning reports and competency tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning software.

Nice to have

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Training and development certification.
• Experience using AI in a Learning and Development environment.
