Senior Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales), Remote – UK

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom, covering UKI.

What you will do

• Run discovery workshops and meetings to understand client business and technical requirements across integration, API management, and automation.
• Design tailored solutions using hirify.global Data Integration, Cloud API Management, and AI capabilities, then build prototypes and deliver workflow demonstrations.
• Advise clients on the hirify.global Enterprise Platform, including Integration & Automation, Data Integration, APIM, MDM/Data Hub, and AI/Agent capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for technical architects, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor junior consultants, gather product feedback, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout sales cycles.
• Support complex multi-stakeholder engagements and demonstrate measurable business transformation through improved efficiency or revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Maths, or a related field.
• Significant enterprise solution consulting or pre-sales experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Experience with business process automation, integration, and data management.
• Working knowledge of API management, including design, gateway and proxy patterns, security, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to design, optimize, and demonstrate workflows and solution architectures, run technical workshops, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• hirify.global or similar enterprise integration/iPaaS certification, mentoring experience, and a track record of leading technical stakeholder conversations.

Nice to have

• French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German language skills.
• Value-based selling experience or a software engineering/development background.
• Exposure to Apigee, MuleSoft Anypoint, Azure APIM, or AI/LLM-based automation tools.
• Hands-on hirify.global CAM/APIM experience and familiarity with AI-assisted mapping, agentic workflows, or intelligent document and data processing.
