Service Process Specialist (Service Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based at the office in Brno, Czech Republic, with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Coordinate service technician visits abroad and facilitate communication between customers and technical teams.
• Share service best practices and provide training to colleagues abroad.
• Work with the global team of process engineers.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with service contract specialists to update service contracts and maintenance plans.

Requirements

• Advanced English is required for all daily written and spoken communication.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain engaged while handling repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills.
• Experience with SAP.
