Development Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic; open to relocation. Hybrid work with home office available two days per week.

hirify.global Schrick GmbH develops and optimizes automotive and energy drive systems, including engines, batteries, fuel cells, combined heat and power plants, and heat pumps.

What you will do

• Design internal combustion engine parts for serial products.
• Create 3D engine parts and assemblies in the Creo CAD environment.
• Check 3D assemblies for passability and design integrity.
• Manage 3D models and drawings in ECA and Windchill databases.
• Maintain and control bills of materials in ECA.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for automotive powertrain development, including engines and gearboxes.
• Experience designing automotive parts in CATIA or Creo.
• Communicative English required.
• Experience with KVS, ECA, AVON, or TI-Cockpit of the VW Group.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with change management and automotive development processes.
• Experience applying Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, or Cyber Security standards.
