Development Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic; hybrid work with home office available two days per week. Open to relocation.

hirify.global Schrick GmbH develops and optimizes drive and high-performance systems, including automotive technologies, batteries, fuel cells, combined heat and power plants, and heat pumps for global OEMs in the automotive and energy sectors.

What you will do

• Design internal combustion engine parts for serial products.
• Create 3D engine parts and assemblies in the Creo CAD environment.
• Check 3D assemblies for passability and design feasibility in Creo.
• Manage 3D models and technical drawings in ECA and Windchill.
• Maintain and control bills of materials in ECA.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for developing automotive powertrains, including engines and gearboxes.
• Experience designing automotive parts with CATIA or Creo.
• Communicative English proficiency required; German is an advantage.
• Experience with KVS, ECA, AVON, or TI-Cockpit of the VW Group.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management and automotive development processes.
• Experience applying Automotive SPICE, functional safety, or cybersecurity standards.
