System AIT Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Brno-Medlánky, Czech Republic; home-office work is also possible.

What you will do

• Define and implement assembly, integration, and test plans for spacecraft systems.
• Specify and coordinate the use of Ground Support Equipment required for AIT phases.
• Coordinate AIT activities with system engineering, payload AIT, product assurance, test, and customer teams.
• Track spacecraft test documentation, including procedures, scripts, manuals, and GSE materials.
• Coordinate test campaigns, facility logistics, integration processes, cleanroom readiness, and laboratory status.
• Support verification planning and approve test procedures and specifications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in AIT, system engineering, or spacecraft integration.
• Knowledge of AIT processes, spacecraft verification, integration planning, test campaigns, and GSE specification.
• Experience with test procedures, scripts, manuals, verification planning, and collaboration with product assurance and system teams.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with an analytical, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams.
