System AIT Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Coordinate AIT activities with system engineers and PA managers to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain the AIT plan and comprehensive spacecraft test documentation, including procedures and scripts.
• Manage the execution of test campaigns and handle logistical planning for test facilities.
• Specify requirements for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and coordinate its usage.
• Supervise technical integration flows and ensure cleanroom and laboratory standards are strictly respected.
• Support the definition of verification activities and consolidate test plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in AIT, system engineering, or spacecraft integration.
• Proven knowledge of Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) processes and spacecraft verification.
• Experience in preparing AIT plans, test campaigns, and GSE specifications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Brno, Czech Republic.
