Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Prelouc, Czech Republic; hybrid work with home office available 2 days per week. Willingness to travel to hirify.global locations and business contacts in Berlin, Ludwigsstadt, and Sonneberg is required.

What you will do

• Support and drive the hirify.global Growth System, Lean manufacturing, shopfloor management, and value stream management.
• Organize and execute improvement projects, workshops, Kaizen activities, and 5-S audits.
• Implement, track, and report improvement measures and tasks from daily GEMBA walks.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and inventory KPIs.
• Act as a communicator between management and staff and align activities with corporate and European sites.
• Support operational areas, participate in innovation initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• University degree in production technology, process engineering, or comparable education.
• At least 7 years of manufacturing experience with a strong record of driving improvements and change.
• Strong practical knowledge of Lean methods, supported by Green Belt, Black Belt, or comparable training.
• Experience with project work, workshop facilitation, practical implementation, and the Kaizen workshop format.
• Advanced Czech and English language skills are required.
• Strong communication, structured working style, reliability, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality.
