Continuous Improvement Manager

TL;DR

Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing/MedTech): Driving the hirify.global Growth System and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize production processes and operational KPIs. Focus on shopfloor management, value stream optimization, and leading cross-functional improvement projects across multiple European sites.

Location: Must be based in Prelouc, Czech Republic (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week).

What you will do

• Drive the hirify.global Growth System (NGS) and lean methodology implementation.
• Manage shopfloor operations, problem-solving, and value stream mapping.
• Organize and execute NGS activities, including workshops, projects, and 5-S audits.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (quality, productivity, inventory).
• Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international sites in Germany to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• University degree in production technology or process engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in both Czech and English languages.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methods (Green or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Proven track record in project management and workshop facilitation.
• Willingness to travel to hirify.global sites in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with KAIZEN workshop formats.
• Background in medical device manufacturing.
