Engine Engineer Motorsport Customer Support (m/f/d) (Automotive)

Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic; open to relocation. Hybrid work with home office available 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for engines and related electronic systems during motorsport events and testing.
• Support customers with engine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Analyze engine and vehicle data and prepare technical recommendations.
• Support software dataset and fuel mapping topics.
• Prepare post-event reports and follow up on open technical points.
• Cooperate with project leaders, test engineers, and other technical teams to improve reliability, performance, and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, combustion engines, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of combustion engines and engine mechanics.
• Experience in motorsport, automotive testing, or technical customer support.
• Experience with data analysis tools, preferably in a motorsport environment.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work independently under pressure in a dynamic event environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engine calibration or motorsport ECU systems.
• Knowledge of another language.
