What you will do

• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor to resolve assembly issues for switchboards.
• Analyze hazardous situations and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Design and develop special assembly fixtures and tools to improve safety and efficiency.
• Create technical drawings and design solutions using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Manage external suppliers for the procurement of fixtures and tools.
• Coordinate activities within the production unit and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with a school-leaving certificate and 2+ years of practical experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering practices and assembly processes.
• Basic understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) principles.
• Willingness to learn CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
• Must be eligible to work in the Czech Republic.
