AHU Technical Sales Support Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Prague, Czechia; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Prepare technical quotations, commercial offers, preliminary and final submittals, and order-entry documentation.
• Select and configure air handling units using AL-KO software, including sizing, voltage, options, and other equipment parameters.
• Review plans, specifications, estimates, and proposals to validate equipment selections and optimize costs, logistics, and services.
• Evaluate potential cost savings and risks, reconcile job costs, and support cost-consensus meetings and submittal releases.
• Provide technical advice and back-office support to Sales Engineers, Designers, Consultants, and customers.
• Coordinate with the AL-KO plant support team, monitor industry trends, and suggest productivity and process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• At least four years of technical sales support experience with air handling units and proven AHU product knowledge.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls.
• Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• English language skills required.
