What you will do

• Work with the President of Products and Technology to shape the department narrative and communicate strategy and priorities.
• Own the communications cadence across multi-channel platforms including emails, newsletters, intranet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Apply a holistic change management approach to communications planning for organizational shifts and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with People & Culture to deliver communications for large-scale people programs, performance cycles, and policy changes.
• Coach executives on storytelling, message discipline, and delivery to build organizational trust and alignment.
• Measure and evaluate communications effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of communications experience within the tech field.
• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
• Proven experience in transformation communications and tailoring messages across various levels and geographies.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint, and email broadcasting platforms.
• Ability to work in-office in San Jose, CA.
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
