Senior Corporate Communications Manager (Hybrid San Jose California)

Location: Hybrid, San Jose, California, United States; ability to work in-office is required.

Compensation: $181,800–$337,500 USD annual total target compensation, including base pay and a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Shape the department narrative and communicate strategy, priorities, progress, and organizational changes with the President of Global Products and Technology.
• Create multi-channel internal communications, including emails, newsletters, intranet and Teams posts, all-hands meetings, AMAs, video messages, presentations, FAQs, and manager talking points.
• Write clear and persuasive communications on sensitive topics to inform employees, inspire engagement, and reduce uncertainty.
• Develop thought leadership content from executive conversations and ideas for employee and external audiences.
• Partner with Public Relations, Social Media, and People & Culture teams on thought leadership and large-scale people programs.
• Coordinate with Global Internal Communications to maintain consistent corporate messaging and avoid conflicting communications.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of communications-related experience in the technology sector.
• Experience partnering with executives, senior leaders, program or project managers, and HR partners on cross-functional communications programs.
• Creative problem-solving skills and proactive stakeholder management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint, email broadcasting platforms, and other internal publishing channels.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt working hours to business needs.
• Ability to work in-office in San Jose, California.
