Global Payments Professional - Business Development (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the payment collection strategy in line with commercial and financial objectives.
• Design payment acceptance structures based on key payment methods and market-specific customer behavior.
• Select, manage, and negotiate partnerships with PSPs, fintech companies, banks, and payment schemes.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams on the development and technical integration of payment solutions.
• Optimize payment operations, transaction processing, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor payment metrics and analyze regional payment-system loyalty programs to identify improvements and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in engineering, management, business, economics, or another quantitative field.
• 4–12 years of experience in payments, including strategy, business development, partnership management, campaign management, or product ownership.
• Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent knowledge of the payment systems and fintech industry.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity, including the ability to understand business, competition, and growth opportunities.
• Versatility and dedication to efficient productivity.
