Sales Manager (Fintech, Web3)

Medici Expert is looking for a highly driven and structured Sales Manager to own the entire pre-sale process for our FinTech and Web3 legal consulting services.

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from proactive outbound outreach and lead generation to contract signing.
• Handle inbound leads from various channels, qualify client needs, and map them to appropriate legal services like licensing, compliance, and token structuring.
• Conduct discovery and intro calls to understand client business models and explain service frameworks.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team upon deal closure.
• Actively expand the company pipeline by leveraging personal industry networks and participating in professional events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within crypto, Web3, FinTech, or legal/compliance services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, token issuance, and regulatory compliance fundamentals.
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics such as legal structures, jurisdictions, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to deal management and follow-ups.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
