Company

hirify.global develops autonomous robotic platforms that automate the movement of goods in logistics and customer facilities.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the software team’s backlog, sprint planning, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Own release test plans across benches, test robots, pilot sites, and customer facilities, coordinating robot time, site access, and field resources.
  • Drive releases through qualification and fleet deployment, including entry and exit criteria, go/no-go reviews, staged rollouts, rollback criteria, and release communications.
  • Monitor fleet health and failure rates after releases, triage regressions, route field issues, and feed failures back into the backlog.
  • Partner with software engineering, product, hardware, deployment, field, and customer-facing teams.
  • Build lightweight processes that scale with team growth and make future releases more efficient.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, release management, or engineering operations for software shipped with physical systems.
  • End-to-end ownership of release processes, including qualification criteria, go/no-go decisions, staged rollouts, and post-release monitoring.
  • Experience planning and coordinating testing involving physical hardware and field environments.
  • Technical fluency with dashboards, logs, and failure data, including the ability to distinguish blockers from noise.
  • Experience designing workflows, gaining stakeholder adoption, and driving accountability across teams without direct management authority.
  • Ability to work on-site in Norcross, Georgia, United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with autonomous mobile robots, AGVs, or fleet-deployed robotic systems.
  • Familiarity with fleet observability tools, telemetry dashboards, log analysis, and failure classification.
  • Knowledge of functional-safety or regulated-industry release processes, including ISO 13849 or ISO 3691-4.
  • Experience coordinating customer-site testing or deployments and customer-facing communication.
  • Startup or scale-up experience building processes from scratch.

Culture & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity in an early-stage robotics company.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Permissive time off policy.
  • Small team with direct, visible impact on shipped products.
