Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex robotic programs across the product portfolio.
• Coordinate hardware, software, deployment, and commercial teams to deliver products according to requirements and timelines.
• Manage deployment-site requirements and communicate changes to engineering teams.
• Create deployment project plans covering schedules, timelines, and resourcing.
• Report program status to leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs against technical constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects with aggressive schedules.
• Experience creating and tracking complex program schedules, managing issues, and tracking bugs.
• Ability to break down large, complex projects, develop functional specifications, and deliver them on schedule.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile program management and product development lifecycles.
