Senior UX/UI Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the complete UX and UI process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
• Own and evolve scalable design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Design seamless user experiences where AI is a meaningful and integrated component.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and agile development teams.
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in both UX and UI design.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-supported features or using AI tools in a structured design process.
• Expertise in Figma and working with design systems in scalable environments.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Must be based in Stockholm to support the hybrid office model.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting user testing in fast-paced environments.
• Background in data-driven design.
• Experience designing complex flows for e-commerce or booking systems.
