What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for product teams, translating user needs into clear flows and prototypes.
• Define design practices for agent-driven development, including specification formats and reusable prompts for AI.
• Establish methods to validate AI-generated outputs against user needs and design system standards.
• Improve design system governance, documentation, and alignment between design components and code.
• Support efficient research and validation practices, including recruitment and repository management.
• Collaborate with global teams to scale design quality and consistency across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer for complex digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems.
• Experience designing for complex, data-rich, or operational environments.
• Proven experience in DesignOps, including governance and quality standards.
• Experience with AI-driven design workflows and designing AI-enabled product experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
