Manufacturing Technician

What you will do

• Operate Hitachi reactors and perform small-lot manufacturing, PD formulation, mixing, filling, bottling, and labeling.
• Work in powder-handling areas and Class 10,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms.
• Perform in-process quality control tests, including viscosity, moisture, and pH testing.
• Measure, load, time, and control materials according to batch sheets, SOPs, and SOCs.
• Record production data, update inventory systems, perform cycle counts, and process material movements in SAP/LIMS.
• Handle hazardous waste and package finished products for shipment in compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship and support are not available.
• Availability for rotating 8- to 12-hour shifts on a five- or seven-day schedule.
• Ability to perform arithmetic using percentages and decimals and read job-related instructions.
• Ability to safely handle drums and materials, set up and adjust manufacturing equipment, and operate process-control systems.
• Keyboarding and data-entry skills for online production and inventory systems; forklift operation ability or willingness to complete training.
