What you will do

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and fluid system assembly for complex semiconductor equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build issues, escalating complex problems to engineering.
• Maintain accurate build logs, assembly manuals, and production documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
• Support tool completion and readiness for shipment according to production schedules.

Requirements

• Must be available for 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) and overtime as needed.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to assemble and install stainless steel, Swagelok, and flare fittings.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools and basic metalworking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital equipment, semiconductor, or automation environments.
• Basic electrical knowledge and experience in wiring terminations or crimps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CAD/SolidWorks applications.
