Manufacturing Technician II 2nd shift, 2 pm to 10:30 pm, Mon-Fri.

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite manufacturing role on the 2nd shift, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend work when needed. Training on the 1st or 2nd shift may be required for three months.

Salary: $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses, high-vacuum systems, and other production equipment.
• Assemble parts, set up and defixture fixtures, perform wet etch processes, and clean parts and fixtures.
• Conduct operational checks, preventive maintenance, visual inspections, and metrology measurements.
• Follow safety, PPE, work instruction, quality, and hirify.global 6S requirements.
• Record work confirmations in SAP and inspection and production data in CamLine.
• Communicate shift updates and provide Engineering with feedback on potential process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three years of manufacturing experience; machine operation experience is beneficial.
• Fluent English is required for training.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and around chemicals including IPA, acetone, FeCl, HCl, and FEP.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for nearly the entire shift.
• Computer skills; SAP and CamLine experience is beneficial. Flexibility to cross-train in other departments is required.
