Mid-Market Sales Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in the Union Square, New York City office

Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, plus commission and equity

What you will do

• Hire, lead, and mentor the mid-market Account Executive team.
• Own the full sales cycle from targeted prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Develop outreach and pipeline management strategies for mid-market customers.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers to support engagement and expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success to align strategies and deliver customer value.
• Establish sales playbooks, performance metrics, and best practices for quota attainment.

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership experience with SaaS products.
• Experience managing teams that close complex, consultative deals.
• Ability to coach Account Executives in high-velocity and relationship-driven sales.
• Experience driving predictable revenue and exceeding targets.
• Strategic flexibility and the ability to adapt sales approaches to mid-market customers.
• Passion for AI and its impact on search and discovery.
