Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Location: Hybrid in Irvine or San Jose, California, USA, or Burlington or Ottawa, Canada

Salary: $127,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise supply chain strategies, network architectures, and transformation programs across regional and global operations.
• Lead end-to-end planning systems, execution capabilities, performance management, and integrated business planning.
• Optimize supply chain networks, sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, working capital, cost position, and supply continuity.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives with manufacturing, sales, finance, business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Lead supply chain organizations, executive teams, talent development, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Direct enterprise risk management, financial optimization, governance, industry partnerships, and supply chain innovation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of supply chain management experience, including at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with integrated supply chain operations, planning systems, global operations, network design, process architecture, and business transformation.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain principles, procurement strategies, supplier integration, and operational excellence.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, advanced analytics, network modeling, financial assessment, risk governance, and performance optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and executive stakeholder influence skills.
