What you will do

• Lead all global direct-material procurement categories and oversee material planning and purchasing execution.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies focused on cost innovation, supply continuity, supplier performance, and business growth.
• Lead a global, multi-layered procurement and supply-chain organization of more than 40 professionals, including Senior Directors and functional leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, operational transformation, risk management, and long-term planning.
• Implement advanced procurement processes, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, contract management, and supplier-risk mitigation programs.
• Build strategic supplier relationships, rationalize the supply base, and prepare executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, BPO, and supply-chain management in complex global organizations.
• Experience leading global teams of 40+ professionals through multiple leadership levels, including Senior Directors and senior executives.
• VP-level experience or equivalent enterprise leadership responsibility, with accountability for organizational scale, spend, business influence, and performance impact.
• Broad multi-commodity procurement experience and a background as a strategic category manager.
• Experience working across Europe, the Americas, and Asia with culturally diverse teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, executive communication, supplier negotiation, P&L understanding, and transformation leadership skills.
