Senior Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: MA - Beverly Brimbal, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Annual base salary: $57,000-$139,000 USD, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Develop master production schedules and monthly production plans based on customer demand, sales forecasts, capacity, supply constraints, and inventory targets.
• Lead the cross-functional monthly SIOP cycle and validate unit, inventory, and revenue outputs with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and management.
• Generate and verify MPS/MRP outputs in the ERP system, manage Advanced Planning Tool and item attributes, and issue manufacturing releases and purchasing requisitions.
• Plan Make to Stock, Assemble to Order, and Engineer to Order models, including buffer stock programs and sales order scheduling.
• Manage production control across starts, in-process work, completions, and shipments while monitoring lead time and delivery performance.
• Lead demand planning activities, inventory-reduction and positioning projects, metric baselines, and local process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in materials or supply chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in materials, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Full working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is preferred.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and JIT techniques, plus hands-on knowledge of BOM, ECO, and PLM process flows.
• Experience managing and planning in a machine shop environment, with knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and materials control.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under US export-control requirements. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
