What you will do

• Lead planning and control activities for the Operations division to meet business and organizational demands.
• Develop team capabilities, operational processes, and capacity to manage daily activities independently.
• Improve operational responsiveness and flexibility across ramp-up, downturn, SPI, NPI, and field-support demands.
• Monitor efficiency, effectiveness, delivery performance, inventory, period cost, and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Lead NPI and SPI business-planning and product-transition sessions with business-unit management.
• Drive cross-functional decisions and develop planning and control infrastructure for changing operational requirements.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Understanding of the semiconductor industry and how Operations contributes to business objectives.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous team and adapting priorities to operational challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Strong financial skills, including inventory and period-cost analysis and knowledge of applicable business rules and methods.
• Role location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; relocation is not available.
