Demand Planning Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Salary: $86,780–$130,000 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of machine-learning-based forecasting models.
• Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sale data, and historical trends to identify anomalies.
• Publish and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Compare demand plans with actual results, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Support the Sales and Operations Planning process with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Unit stakeholders.
• Lead ad hoc cross-functional projects involving Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or a related field with 3–5 years of related demand planning or supply chain experience, or a master’s degree with 2–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
