What you will do

• Develop and modify photolithography process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process performance data.
• Establish standard operating procedures and FMEA documentation for the process.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related engineering position.
• At least 2 years of experience with photolithography, recipe management, semiconductor processing, and photoresist processing.
• Experience with SiView, APC for photolithography, SPC, statistical process improvement analysis, FMEA, and FEM analysis.
• Structured problem-solving skills and experience analyzing process shifts and improvements.
