IT Systems Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico; candidates must be based in Guadalajara and may need to work onsite occasionally.

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Support the IAM stack, including Okta SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS productivity platforms.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM tools such as Jamf and Intune, including enrollment, configuration, patching, and compliance.
• Manage SaaS application lifecycles and contribute to automation for provisioning, access reviews, and license management.
• Resolve escalated access, device, and application issues from the Helpdesk team.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and runbooks while identifying process and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an IT systems or IT engineering role, with exposure to IAM, endpoint management, or SaaS administration.
• Working knowledge of Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or an equivalent tool.
• Experience using APIs or no-code tools to automate manual tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation habits, and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workflows or SCIM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Google Workspace Administrator, or Slack Certified Admin.
