What you will do

• Manage macOS fleet via Kandji MDM including deployments, policies, and custom OpenVPN setup
• Handle access management: onboarding, offboarding, SSO, and permissions
• Support Slack and Jira IT requests, triage, and resolve issues
• Maintain self-hosted infrastructure: firewalls, switches, internal services
• Write scripts and tooling to automate repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with SRE on infrastructure and escalations
• Document runbooks, processes, and guides
• Occasionally support Windows and Linux users

Requirements

• Solid macOS administration experience
• Linux basics: SSH, logs
• Experience with MDM tools like Kandji or Jamf
• Identity and access management: Okta, Google Workspace, SSO
• Scripting and automation for daily tasks
• Git basics for version control
• Curiosity about AI-assisted tools like Claude Code
• Proactive mindset: question root causes, handle ambiguity, document work

Nice to have

• Docker or containers basics
• Networking: VLANs, firewalls, switches, VPN
• Monitoring tools: Grafana, Datadog
• AWS or cloud platforms exposure
• Slack bots, webhooks, or internal tooling projects
