Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; the role is based in the Utah office with an expectation that team members come together in person for collaboration, project kickoffs, and cross-functional strategy.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and launch of software products across requirements, strategy, documentation, timelines, user experience, quality assurance, performance, and usage.
• Identify high-impact opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, software engineers, data scientists, QA engineers, product marketers, and customers to bring products to market.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, communicate concepts through mock-ups and documentation, and incorporate thoughtful critique.
• Build strategies to retain clients and deliver solutions that accelerate growth.
• Develop expertise in financial accounts, transactions, data enhancement, and the broader banking industry.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across the software and product development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience working with data and analytics.
• Real-world AI experience, including training and evaluating models.
• Demonstrated success creating products that improve business and product metrics.
• Expert-level ability to prioritize complex problems and own projects from concept through completion.
• Strong internal, cross-team, and external customer-facing communication skills, with a user-centric approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building successful SaaS products.
• Experience with APIs or cloud infrastructure.
• FDX or open banking experience.
• Fintech or banking background.
