Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City or US Remote; preference for NYC with office work Monday through Thursday.

hirify.global is building an Agentic Brokerage for serious investors using AI across stocks, bonds, crypto, options, and other asset classes.

What you will do

• Drive investing products end-to-end from ideation and design through development, QA, and launch.
• Align product goals across teams and set priorities to maintain delivery momentum.
• Own the product relationship with engineering by breaking down work, removing blockers, and improving efficiency.
• Build and test go-to-market hypotheses covering user needs, KPIs, positioning, and differentiation.
• Track financial market trends, user sentiment, and competitor activity to shape the product roadmap.
• Balance speed, quality, and long-term customer impact across hirify.global’s broader roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience at a brokerage or in investing markets, or deep personal experience actively trading and following market structure.
• Experience shipping AI-first products where AI is central to the user experience.
• Strong UX/UI judgment and the ability to independently lead front-end-heavy projects from kickoff to launch.
• 4–8 years of experience in product, consulting, or a related field at a startup, including at least 2 years directly in product.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, execution, analysis, and iteration.
• Clear communication with engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market teams.
