Technical Solution Architect (Teamcenter PLM)

Location: Malta, New York, USA; 100% telecommuting available. Travel to hirify.global locations is required for less than 10% of the time, primarily domestically, with possible travel to Singapore for approximately one week per year.

Salary: $170,115–$208,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and integrate the Idea-to-Product value stream.
• Provide technical and functional guidance for the architecture and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Design enterprise structures, master data objects, data models, workflows, and business processes using Teamcenter capabilities.
• Lead functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications, testing, cutover, and service transition activities.
• Resolve process, integration, architecture, risk, and issue-management challenges throughout implementation.
• Mentor and upskill solution delivery teams while coordinating with global cross-functional stakeholders and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the offered role, as a PLM Technical Manager, or as a PLM Solution Architect.
• 6 years of experience with Teamcenter data migration, mapping, validation, configuration, customization, architecture, deployment, and integration.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter PLM with ERP, SAP, CRM, and MES systems.
• Experience providing technical and functional guidance, mentoring team members, and working with implementation partners.
• Experience liaising with cross-functional global teams to align PLM recommendations with business processes.
