What you will do

• Lead the Solutions Architecture practice across the CIO Technology portfolio.
• Manage and develop approximately nine Solution Architects and associated contract resources.
• Define solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, transition plans, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Guide application modernization, cloud transformation, AI/GenAI initiatives, and engineering improvements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Data, Product, business, and executive stakeholders to influence technology decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, application architecture, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing highly technical teams.
• Progression from hands-on engineering into architecture and leadership roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Expertise in solution and application architecture, Azure and hybrid cloud, API and integration architecture, data solutions, DevSecOps, CI/CD, secure solution design, AI/GenAI, Agile/SAFe delivery, and banking risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and technical leadership skills.
