SAP CX Solution Architect

Annual base compensation: $160,377–$229,337.

What you will do

• Lead client workshops to identify strategic drivers, use cases, functional requirements, and process flows.
• Design and configure SAP CX C4C Sales and Service solutions, including Sales and Service Cloud V2.
• Define integration solutions between SAP CX, S/4HANA, ECC, and middleware platforms such as CPI.
• Lead solution direction across discovery, implementation, testing, training, data migration, administration, and go-live.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and onshore and offshore resources to manage delivery plans, risks, and priorities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, troubleshoot platform issues, define best practices, improve offerings and methodologies, and support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or a related field; alternatively, a Master’s degree may be accepted with the required experience.
• 7 years of SAP project implementation experience and/or experience across 1–2 cross-application areas, or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• 5 years of hands-on, full-lifecycle, production-scale implementation experience with C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2.
• 5 years of experience with complex systems projects.
• Business process knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: Distribution, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or CPG.
• Experience designing and configuring integrations between SAP CX C4C, Sales and Service Cloud V2, S/4HANA, and ECC, including middleware integration scenarios using CPI.
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications, unit tests, and integration test scripts; leading integration and UAT test cycles; and preparing training documentation.
• Experience with C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 data migration using templates and Data Workbench, as well as application administration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with client staff and stakeholder groups, work independently, manage multiple projects, and identify, troubleshoot, and escalate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and onshore and offshore resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or CX Suite products such as FSM and CPQ.
