What you will do

• Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers, develop use cases, and document functional requirements and process flows.
• Design and configure solutions for implementing SAP CX C4C Sales and Service Cloud V2.
• Architect integration points between CX C4C, Sales and Service Cloud V2, and S4 HANA/ECC using middleware platforms like CPI.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications, as well as unit and integration test scripts.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop delivery plans, identify risks, and prioritize tasks.
• Lead integration and UAT test cycles and provide training to business users and SMEs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
• 7 years of SAP project implementation experience (or 5 years with a Master's degree).
• 5 years of hands-on full lifecycle, production-scale C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 implementation.
• Experience in complex systems projects and leading cross-functional onshore and offshore resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FSM, or CPQ within the CX suite.
• Business process knowledge in Distribution, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or CPG sectors.
