PLM Data Migration Architect (Teamcenter)

Salary: $138,300–$233,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Design the end-to-end migration architecture from legacy PDM and process-planning systems into Siemens Teamcenter.
• Define ETL and migration-tooling pipelines, staging models, data flows, and legacy-to-Teamcenter data-model transformations.
• Design incremental, dry-run, and cutover migration approaches based on configuration applicability.
• Build data-quality frameworks covering profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, quality gates, and governance controls.
• Implement auditability and traceability for regulated aerospace and defense environments.
• Size and tune migration pipelines for data volumes, throughput, migration windows, lead time, and AI-assisted migration and data quality.

Requirements

• US citizenship or US permanent residency is required.
• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, migration architecture, or enterprise data transformation.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Siemens Teamcenter data models, PLM architectures, and legacy PDM migrations.
• Strong experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, validation frameworks, migration governance, and quality controls.
• Experience leading migration architecture across global onshore-offshore delivery teams and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in aerospace and defense, manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry.
