Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage the full UK warehouse site, including goods receipt scheduling, processing volumes, storage, and dispatch.
• Own site budgeting and P&L responsibility while improving cost-effectiveness.
• Build, recruit, develop, and manage an experienced warehouse team.
• Flex internal and supplier-provided staffing in line with business demand and seasonal volumes.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, SLA performance, and KPI tracking.
• Manage consumable providers and negotiate supplier costs while coordinating forecasted volumes and shipping priorities with Merchandise Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full-site P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial expertise in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics software, and warehouse best practices.
• Background in Lean Six Sigma methods, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluent English required.
