Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement

Location: United States - Remote; domestic and international travel required up to 20%; flexible hours may be needed for meetings with other regions.

Annual salary: $145,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Operations Efficiency program covering cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own the cross-functional project portfolio, including opportunity identification, business cases, prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and Consumer Experience to deliver measurable improvements.
• Analyze distribution, transportation, delivery, warehousing, carrier, network, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Establish governance, reporting, playbooks, and scalable tools for tracking milestones, savings, dependencies, and risks.
• Apply structured problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence methods.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts.
• Ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; an undergraduate degree is expected, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or other ERP, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline.
