Maintenance Planner & Scheduler Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with occasional after-hours work, emergency response, and 10% travel.

What you will do

• Lead remote-based planners responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling across assigned facilities.
• Manage CMMS work orders, master maintenance schedules, job plans, documentation, and closure processes.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, site outages, internal departments, contracted labor, and third-party vendors.
• Supervise planners and support staff through guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, asset tracking, sourcing, and purchasing of critical components.
• Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, lead corrective actions, and support safety, quality, environmental, audit, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or data center maintenance planning and scheduling.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems, change management, and work order control procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED; advanced technical education or maintenance-related certifications are preferred, with equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, leadership, independent-work, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; ability to lift 50 pounds.
