Analytics Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder engagement with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to influence roadmaps and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and mentor data analysts, support onboarding, and guide professional development.
• Interpret analytical results, summarize data, and translate findings into actionable insights for internal partners and management.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and predictive analytics to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Establish high standards for analytics, measurement, operational excellence, and metric adoption.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and turn insights into action.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
