Business Analyst – Web Banking (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, document, and communicate solutions for web banking platforms.
• Participate in implementation workshops and client engagement sessions.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to clients and internal teams.
• Support developers in delivering solutions that address customer requirements.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or significant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative project approaches.
• Business fluency in German and English, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and committed to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with web banking application development or testing.
• Experience with banking software solutions or core banking systems.
• Programming skills, especially PL/SQL.
